Every woman who has an abortion will feel differently after the experience.
There is no way to know exactly how you’ll feel, but monitoring your emotions and determining whether things have taken a concerning turn are crucial steps.
While some women feel a sense of relief after abortion, others find their lives become more difficult. If the latter applies to you, help is available. Informed Choices Women’s Center offers support and can walk you through the next steps.

Informed Choices Women’s Center provides no-cost, confidential post-abortion support. You’ll find a friendly face to speak with and offer comfort. We’ll help you work through your feelings and refer you for additional assistance as needed.
It can be challenging to take that first step and ask for help. But we exist to serve you and your needs.
How Do I Begin?
Informed Choices Women’s Center is proud to help women during any stage of an unexpected pregnancy–from the moment they think they’re pregnant to life after a pregnancy decision. We don’t provide or refer for abortions but act as an educational and medical resource.
If you’ve had an abortion and are struggling, our medical team can help. Your first appointment will be with a registered nurse, who will assess your situation and direct you to other services. All our services are no-cost and confidential.
We care about our clients, and you matter to us. Contact us today to schedule an appointment at our Mountain Home location (870-424-4673) or Harrison location (870-280-3169).
