Ultrasounds
An ultrasound will help you learn about your pregnancy and the options that may be available to you as you contemplate what to do next in your pregnancy. Make an appointment for a no-cost pregnancy test at Informed Choices. If your pregnancy test is positive, we will estimate how far along you are based on the date of your last period and assess if an ultrasound can be performed.
STD/STI Testing
We at Informed Choices Women's Center offer no-cost STD/STI testing for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia. Contact us to schedule an appointment and get the certainty you need. We know this journey can be scary, but you deserve to know where you health stands and get the help you need.
Parenting Education
